Bento 201

This is the last bento post for this week. I will be taking a short break and be back on Wednesday, posting bento again.

Thank you everyone who posted congratulatory messages for my 200th bento post. Will respond to comments as soon as I can. Been very busy lately.

This morning's bento was a quick one. There were plump cherry tomatoes and cinnamon bananas in the top box.

The bottom box had a slice of Salmon which I marinated last night. Fried it this morning and sliced it in half for packing purposes. There were some slices of tamagoyaki and some blanched lady fingers.

Very fast and very efficient, 10 minutes!

The cinnamon bananas is back! That's on my to pack list. Do you add any sugar?

Hi Bentopet, how do you keep the bananas from turning brown? My little girl loves bananas.

3lilangels, Shirley: I buy the ready packed sugar and cinnamon. Once you sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on the bananas, it's all brown already. I've never had my kids complain about it turning brown yet.
