Home made Gyoza. Need to improve on the 'stapling' method and the skin.
Otherwise the taste of the filling is delicious!! Forgot to take photo of the vinegar dip.

did you have to use a gyoza clip? I itchy finger went to buy one. Now going to go to your link at Terri's blog to check out her fool proof recipe

allthingspurple: I used the 'natural' gyoza clipper - my fingers!! LOL!

You got the gyoza clip @ 1U? I saw it at the household section but didn't like the way it clips up like a curry puff.

Terri's recipe is very good. I had a Priest from China come to teach me to make the gyoza skin and coupled with the meat, it's awesome!
